Job Description

The Data Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data across the organization. This role ensures that data management processes align with business objectives and regulatory requirements and fosters a data-driven culture. The Data Quality Manager will develop data quality strategies, implement standards and procedures, and work closely with data owners, business analysts, and IT teams to address data quality issues. Key responsibilities include monitoring data accuracy, managing data quality improvement initiatives, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and enforce data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop data quality metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct data audits and root cause analyses to identify data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data discrepancies and optimize data processes.
  • Provide training and guidance on data quality best practices to data owners and users.
  • Utilize data management tools to monitor and report data quality status.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead data quality improvement projects and drive data stewardship across the organization.
